What We Do

  • Test pit excavation for on-lot septic soil evaluation

    ON-LOT SEPTIC & SOIL TESTING

Percolation and probe testing, test pits, and limiting zone determination by a Pennsylvania-certified Sewage Enforcement Officer. Conventional, sand mound, at-grade, drip, and alternate system design, replacement systems for failing sites, complete permit applications coordinated with your township SEO, and Act 537 planning modules.

  • Field-saturated hydraulic conductivity testing for stormwater BMP design

    STORMWATER & INFILTRATION TESTING

Field-saturated hydraulic conductivity (KSAT) by constant-head permeameter per the PA DEP BMP Manual, infiltration rates, and depth to limiting zone — logged and interpreted the way a Conservation District reviewer expects to see it. Permit-ready reports for infiltration-based post-construction stormwater design.

  • Wetland boundary flagging in a wooded parcel

    WETLAND DELINEATION

Three-parameter delineation under the 1987 USACE Manual and the Eastern Mountains & Piedmont Regional Supplement — vegetation, hydric soils, and hydrology — with the desktop review, field flagging, and report your Chapter 105 or jurisdictional determination needs. Constraints mapped before you commit to a layout.

  • Silt fence and erosion controls on an active construction site

    NPDES SITE INSPECTIONS

As of December 2025, PA DEP requires the visual site inspections on every Chapter 102 / PAG-02 permitted site to be performed by qualified personnel. Our principal is a DEP Qualified Visual Site Inspector. Weekly and post-storm inspections, written reports, and corrective-action follow-up — so the site stays in compliance and the inspector’s visit is never a surprise.

  • Aerial orthomosaic of a development site

    GEOSPATIAL DATA COLLECTION

FAA Part 107 drone operations, terrestrial 3D laser scanning, robotic total station, and GNSS. Orthomosaic imagery, existing-conditions and terrain data tied to site control, point clouds, stockpile and earthwork volumes, and dated construction progress records — delivered in the formats design teams work in.

  • Underground stormwater infiltration pipes bedded in clean stone

    SITE WORK & INSTALLATION

Stormwater BMP construction — infiltration beds and trenches, rain gardens, basins, underground storage — plus on-lot septic installation, earthwork and site preparation, and erosion and sediment control. Installed by the team that ran the testing, so nothing is lost between the plan and the field.
